We are a Private Primary Home Care (PHC) agency licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) to perform needed services to assist you in daily living. We cannot bill you for any of these services. Sands Care coordinates a service plan with the DADS caseworker and your physician. The caseworker will outline the type of tasks to be done plus the amount of time, hours and days which are most helpful to you. Sands Care supervises these services to ensure timeliness and quality of care.
